                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                  AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
                  RELATIVE TO ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE
                  CITICO CSO CONTROL PLAN FOR A CONTRACT AMOUNT
                  NOT TO EXCEED THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc.
       relative to engineering services for the Citico CSO (Combined
       Sewer Overflow) Control Plan for a contract amount not to exceed
       $31,000.00.
